Broadway Limited Imports, LLC, commonly known as BLI, was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Ormond Beach, Florida. The company was established by Anton Wenzel, Bob Zimet, and Robert Grubba, with Grubba eventually acquiring full ownership by 2004 and relocating the business to Florida the following year. BLI focuses primarily on producing limited-run HO scale and N scale model railroad locomotives and rolling stock, and has built a strong reputation in the hobby community for combining detailed craftsmanship with sophisticated sound and control technology.

The company is perhaps best known among hobbyists for its Paragon series of locomotives, which incorporate Digital Command Control decoders along with high-quality recorded sound from actual prototype trains. The Paragon line has evolved over the years, with the Paragon2 generation introducing the ability to operate on conventional DC layouts in addition to DCC, broadening the appeal of BLI products to modelers who had not yet transitioned to digital control. The current Paragon4 line continues this tradition of integrating advanced sound and control features into finely detailed locomotive models. In 2007, BLI also introduced its Blueline product range, which offered digital sound at a more accessible price point while allowing modelers to add full DCC control later through a plug-in decoder module.

BLI has further distinguished itself through innovations such as Rolling Thunder, a patented system that synchronizes low-frequency bass sounds from a locomotive with a subwoofer mounted beneath the layout, creating a more immersive operating experience. The limited production quantities of BLI models have made them particularly attractive to collectors, and the company's consistent focus on sound fidelity and operational realism has earned it a dedicated following among serious HO scale enthusiasts across North America.
